Since January 1996: Technical Support Engineer at Livingston Enterprises Europe, Middle East & Africa.

 

1996: Senior Trainer at Fore Systems Europe.

- Training on the complete Fore Systems product range:
ATM switches (ASX 200, ASX 1000), edge devices (ES-3810 & ES-3850), routers (PowerHub), ATM WAN switches (CellPath), ATM network management (ForeView).

- Development of a 3-day training course on Fore Systems PowerHub product range, now used on a company-wide basis.

- Hardware and software maintenance of the European training equipment (4 Sun Sparc, 4 NT server, several switches and edge devices). 

1994-96:

Position in Europe Middle East & Africa product marketing department of Bay Networks, formerly Wellfleet Communications.

Performed various tasks in product marketing, technical marketing, as well as healthcare industry marketing. Heavy involvement in setting up EMEA Demo Center.

European product marketing specialist for Optivity network management software package. Tasks included installation on different hardware platforms, fine-tuning, troubleshooting and ongoing demo of the software.
